How your subcontractors use the BauFin portal
The subcontractor portal gives your partners secure access to their orders, work hours and invoices. Each subcontractor logs in with their own credentials — you keep full control.
View orders
The subcontractor sees all assigned orders with status, description and order value. From "commissioned" through "in progress" to "accepted" — always up to date.
Log work hours
Daily time tracking directly in the portal: date, start, end, break. Hours are calculated automatically. Entries are visible immediately in your administration.
Submit invoices
The subcontractor uploads their invoice as PDF, enters invoice number and net amount. BauFin can prepare the construction withholding tax calculation (15%) if no exemption certificate is on file.
Manage documents
Status of all documents at a glance: exemption certificate §48b, A1 certificate, BG BAU, liability insurance. The subcontractor sees what's expiring and can upload new documents themselves.
Messages per order
Direct communication per construction site. Each order has its own message thread — no WhatsApp chaos, no lost agreements.
Access and security
Each subcontractor receives their own login credentials from the contractor. Password change in the portal, all access is logged. Permissions individually configurable.
