Does my worker have to install an app?
No. Your phone is enough: put it between you and talk. If you prefer two phones, your worker scans a QR code and is connected straight away — no app, no account.
How many people in my company can use BABEL?
All of them. You pay for talk time, not for people — invite as many as you need.
What happens when the minutes run out?
Top up 250 or 1,000 minutes with one click. Extra minutes never expire. Plan minutes renew every month. In EXPERT mode each minute of conversation counts three times.
Which languages and trades are available?
You talk in 42 languages. Trade dictionaries are available today for construction and building cleaning — more trades are being prepared.
What happens to my conversations?
You decide. Conversations can stay in your company history and be downloaded as PDF — or you switch saving off. You sign the data processing agreement together with your BauFin!app account.
Do I need other BauFin!app modules?
No. BABEL works on its own. If you already use BauFin!app, you sign in with the same account.
