Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Krone Baustein e.K., Eschenstieg 1, 20259 Hamburg, Germany, email: [email protected], phone: +49 1525 176 4288) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email or via the platform).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We shall carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the Provider has begun to perform the contract (provision of the digital service) after the user has expressly consented to the Provider beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and the user has confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal by giving consent to the beginning of performance (§ 356(4)(2) BGB).

By registering on BauFin, you consent to the immediate provision of the service. Your right of withdrawal therefore expires upon commencement of use.
