Withdrawal and cancellation

BauFin!app is offered exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB. Consumer contracts are excluded (see Terms/AGB § 1).

A statutory consumer right of withdrawal (§§ 312g, 355 BGB) therefore does not apply.

The first month is free (trial month): during the trial month you may cancel at any time, without reasons and free of charge, in text form — no payment obligations arise.

Thereafter the contract runs for an indefinite period and can be cancelled monthly to the end of the month (text form, e.g. e-mail to support@baufin.app). No annual contracts, no minimum term.
